The Baroness Hotel has a 400 square foot meeting
space available for rent.
Meeting Room rental fees-
• Full Day- $300 / (VM employee rate $150)
• Half Day- $150 / (VM employee rate $75)
Room Capacity-
Theater style- 30
Classroom style- 12
Board room style- 12
Groups maybe bring their own audio visual equipment if desired.
If our hotel does not have the required AV equipment for your
meeting, the equipment will be ordered from an approved local
AV supplier. The customer will be billed for the additional
equipment. AV equipment and pricing are subject to change

• LCD projector $100/day
• White Board/Easel $10
• Flip Chart w/Easel $20
• Dry-Erase/Flip Chart pens $5
The following food services are available -
• Coffee, tea, water and soda service. $5/person ++
• Breakfast trays: muffins, bagels, pastries, etc. $20
and up ++
• Box Lunches $12—15 ++
• Cookie Trays $15 and up ++
• Fruit Trays $25 and up ++
All catering is supplied by Ingallina’s or Gretchen’s
Shoebox Express.
