No advance deposit CC required to hold room. Upon check-in a $50 deposit will be placed on your credit card.
24 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Same day cancelations and no-shows will be charged for the first night (room + Tax).

Our historic building does not have air conditioning, however fans are provided in all rooms.

We would be happy to store your luggage for you at the front desk either prior to check-in or after checkout (same day); unfortunately we do not have appropriate space available for overnight storage.
We do not currently have a fitness center.
Yes, located within the hotel lobby and available 24 hours a day, offering printing and computer/online access.
There are two self-service parking options available at the Virginia Mason Medical Center campus for hotel guests (for a fee). The Ninth Avenue Garage, located on the corner of 9th and Spring Streets and the Terry & Spring parking lot, located on the south side of the Baroness Hotel, on Terry Avenue between Spring and Madison Streets. 24-hour parking rates range from $22-$24, subject to change. Please note that both lots do not have in/out privileges. Convenient access to the backdoor of the hotel is located by the Terry & Spring Parking Lot.
