Reservations

Do you require a deposit to hold my reservation?

No advance deposit – CC required to hold room. Upon check-in a $50 deposit will be placed on your credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Same day cancelations and no-shows will be charged for the first night (room + Tax).

What are the taxes on my reservation?

15.7% Sales and Hotel Occupancy Tax

Does the hotel have ADA accessible rooms?

If I have questions about my bill, who do I contact?

Please call 206-583-6453 or email reservations@baronesshotel.com for questions on your final bill.

I booked my stay on a site other than baronesshotel.com, and I need to make a change to my reservation.

Please contact 3rd party sites directly if adjustments to your reservation are needed.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In is at 4 pm and Check-Out is at Noon.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and Late check-out is based on availability and offered on a limited case-by-case basis, please contact the front desk at 206-583-6453 if you'd like to request either an early check in or late checkout.

What is the best way to get to Baroness Hotel?

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Our historic building does not have air conditioning, however fans are provided in all rooms.

Is Wi-Fi available, and what is the cost?

Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel and is complementary.

Are pets allowed?

Only registered service Animals are allowed currently.

Can I store my luggage before I check-in or after I check-out?

We would be happy to store your luggage for you at the front desk either prior to check-in or after checkout (same day); unfortunately we do not have appropriate space available for overnight storage.

What are your current health and safety guidelines?

Through our management company, Columbia Hospitality, we've also partnered with Ecolab, a global leader in infection prevention, to enhance our already stringent safety and sanitation protocols through the Columbia Clean program; visit our Health and Safety page for more information. 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed within the building and the Virginia Mason Campus is a smoke-free area.

Amenities

Do you have a fitness center?

We do not currently have a fitness center.

Do you have a business center?

Yes, located within the hotel lobby and available 24 hours a day, offering printing and computer/online access.

Is parking included in my stay?

There are two self-service parking options available at the Virginia Mason Medical Center campus for hotel guests (for a fee). The Ninth Avenue Garage, located on the corner of 9th and Spring Streets and the Terry & Spring parking lot, located on the south side of the Baroness Hotel, on Terry Avenue between Spring and Madison Streets. 24-hour parking rates range from $22-$24, subject to change. Please note that both lots do not have in/out privileges. Convenient access to the backdoor of the hotel is located by the Terry & Spring Parking Lot. Dining

Is there an on-site restaurant?

While we do not offer food or beverage at the hotel please visit our points of interest map for recommended nearby establishments. Food delivery drivers, including UberEATS and Door Dash, may deliver orders directly to hotel rooms.

Do you offer shuttle services?

While we do not have a hotel shuttle, we are happy to connect you with a 3rd party town car service if needed. Please contact the front desk at 206-583-6453 for details.
